Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations:
We currently deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery to remote areas may take longer than usual.
2. Shipping Timeframe:
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days.
- Express delivery: 1-3 business days (available for select locations).
- Pre-order items: Delivery time will be mentioned on the product page.
3. Shipping Charges:
- Inside Dhaka delivery: BDT 70 (varies by location and weight).
- Outside Dhaka delivery: BDT 150 (depending on location and urgency).
- Free shipping on orders above BDT 5,000.
4. Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Partners:
We use reputed courier services such as Pathao, Steadfast, Paperfly, and Sundarban Courier for safe and timely deliveries.
6. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package’s status.
7. Delivery Issues:
- If your package is delayed, please contact our support team.
- If the package is lost or damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
8. Change of Address:
Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, changes cannot be accommodated.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts:
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt re-delivery. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
10. International Shipping:
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
